Tolent has delivered a number of bespoke extra care, supported living and sheltered housing facilities totaling over £100m in the past few years alone.

We continue to specialise in this area understanding the growing needs of the over 55s and individuals with registered care needs.

From retirement villages, dementia-specific care homes to supported living bungalows, we have worked with a diverse client base to deliver high-quality developments that meet a range of care needs for the over 55s and for those requiring extra care.

We understand that each project has its own specific design requirements based upon the individual needs of the residents, with distinguishing features including: sensory rooms, treatment rooms, integrated nursing and staff facilities and hydrotherapy rooms.

We have also delivered supported living facilities for veterans which provided temporary accommodation; a respite facility for children and young people with complex physical disabilities; as well as a care home for those suffering with neurological disabilities who require long-term rehabilitation.
