We want to enrich the communities we work in, bringing a greater social value to our developments, and leaving a legacy that lasts long after the keys are handed over.
But we know that construction works can be disruptive. So we work with local stakeholders to mitigate the impact of our work. We work to change the perception of our industry, by being considerate constructors.
Our dedicated customer care and community team carefully measure the social value of our projects, and support the communities we're operating in with training programmes and charity work. We're not just here to get the job done: we're here to improve the standards of our industry too.
We have developed a programme for local schools, colleges and universities, providing a range of initiatives fit for all ages and skill levels including: bug hotel builds, health and safety talks, careers events, research projects and work experience opportunities.
We regularly register sites with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, with more than 130 registered schemes which in the last five years, have exceeded industry averages.
