The Meadows

Overview

Tolent is working on a housing project on behalf of Mode Homes to deliver 69 bespoke homes of 3,4, and 5 bedrooms in High Leven, Yarm, Stockton-on-Tees. Mode Homes is a local developer with their roots in the pocket of North Yorkshire.

The Meadows presents a wide choice of homes to choose from, with 19 semi-detached 3-bedroom plots; 20 detached 4-bedroom plots; and 30 detached 5-bedroom plots. 62 of 69 of these homes have integral garages as well.

The façade options vary from traditional brick block, timber cladding plot finishing, or a render façade. Each dwelling also has solar photovoltaic panels resulting in carbon reduction by 10% per plot. Furthermore, to promote usage of natural lights, the properties have full height windows and bi-folding doors for ventilation.

NORR Consultants Ltd. is the architect company and Coast Consulting Engineers Ltd. is the engineer organisation working on this project.
