Overview

Tolent is on site for Bernicia, constructing a new specialist housing development in Newcastle. 

The £3.8m scheme, specifically designed to support the the independent living needs of people with learning disabilities, will provide a 15 apartment building and five bungalows – all available at affordable rents. 

The development will feature:

• High standard accessible, adaptable, affordable and welcoming rental accommodation for people with learning disabilities
• A safe and accessible environment to meet the care and support needs of all residents, including concierge service and specialist technology
• Social space for tenants to meet
