Hardwick Grange is the first development of the Tolent Homes brand, where Tolent is acting as the developer and contractor in the joint venture partnership between Tolent and Stella Property Investments Ltd.
Under the unique arrangement, clients bring forward land which they would like to develop and Tolent assumes control with responsibility for planning, finance, design, construction and sales. In total, the first project will deliver 100 new build executive homes with a construction value of £16m, using our own range of house types.
Planning was secured on appeal in May 2018 and construction commenced in July 2018. Situated close to the beautiful Hardwick Hall and Park, we have named the development “Hardwick Grange” and have referenced this subject matter in the naming conventions of the development.
We have done this by utilising former owners of Hardwick Hall for the roads and other famous northern halls for the house types; providing a marketing campaign inline with the rural nature of the site and target audience.
The contract will be built across 5 phases and is forecast to run for approximately three and half years. In order to sell these homes we have undertook a bespoke sales and marketing strategy and created a new brand Tolent Homes.
The strategy is focused on expediting sales and competing with other well established house builders in the region. As such, we have developed: a new sales website; a suite of Tolent designed house types; a Rightmove advertising campaign; an on-site sales and marketing suite and show village; as well as a range of brochures, CGIs and marketing collateral.
