Time Central sits in the heart of Newcastle, offering prime city centre Grade A commercial space. The prominent building is situated on Gallowgate and comprises a substantial commercial building with a striking stone and glass facade and is considered to be one of the highest quality buildings in the city.

The building provides Grade A specification office on part ground and six upper floors, together with a cafe at street level, comprising commercial accommodation totalling 83,436 sq ft. In addition, the development offers secure car parking at basement level to accommodate 48 car parking spaces.

In total, the building comprised an eight storey reinforced concrete frame. The elevation treatment comprises a mix of ashlar stone clad precast concrete panels and curtain walling.

The building holds a double height feature reception area as an entrance to the high quality open plan commercial accommodation with excellent natural light and flexibility to create reception and meeting rooms.

In addition to the open plan commercial accommodation, the 6th floor of the building houses a suite which benefits from balconies on the north and south elevations and enjoys superb views over the city skyline.

Due to the site’s central location careful logistical planning and liaison with the Local Authority Highways Department was required to arrange deliveries and traffic management to ensure that traffic and local businesses were not disrupted by our operations. A full services installation was carried out and designed to be flexible to allow for the varying needs of a multi tenant building.
