Overview

Situated in magnificent surroundings, Lucker Hall beautifully transformed a derelict hall situated in the heart of the Northumberland countryside, while complementing its neighbouring rural context.

Lucker Hall comprises 27 houses and 17 apartments developed for the luxury, holiday rental market. The project includes a number of additional facilities, such as a 400 sq ft village shop, reception area as-well-as 7,675 sq ft of leisure facilities, encompassing an indoor pool, games room, family room, fitness suites, changing rooms and sauna. The project’s external features include a Padel racquet court, crazy golf course, children’s play area and private gardens.

Traditional construction methods were applied with a combination of new and reclaimed natural stone external leaf; completed with aluminium triple glazed windows and hardwood doors to complement the existing buildings within Lucker Village. The elevations were articulated and modelled utilising the arts and crafts theme with local vernacular detailing.

Lucker Hall comprises 44 units developed for the luxury, holiday rental market, as well as 7,675 sq ft of leisure facilities.

 

This project demonstrates Tolent’s ability to deliver works in a rural environment, ensuring the successful delivery of the project while enhancing the area’s biodiversity with minimal disruption to Lucker village.
