Overview

Tolent is currently on site in Sunderland delivering a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments for client South Tyneside Housing Ventures.

The development will create 32 apartments for affordable rent within a three storey main block, and four two-bedroom apartments for sale within a two storey annex block to the rear of the site with all associated works.

The development for the over 55s, is on the site of the former sheltered housing complex, Croftside Court.
