As a subsidiary of Tolent Plc, Tolent Construction Limited is directed and managed by those who are actively involved in the day to day running of the business. This provides immediate decision making and greater flexibility.

At the heart of Tolent Construction Limited’s philosophy is a desire to make it easy for clients and consultants to do business with us. Dealing with us is refreshingly different in the current climate of aggressive contracting. Our approach brings total commitment to achieving promises made at the time of pre-contract discussions, and to bring contracts to a satisfactory conclusion, on time and on budget. Our success in that respect is reflected in the volume of repeat business from satisfied customers who have appreciated our efforts to make business relationships pleasant, rewarding and successful. Over 70% of our turnover is from such sources.

At all levels Tolent’s extensive in-house staff are discouraged from adopting an adversarial stance against clients and their consultants, and encouraged to adopt a helpful approach. Unlike many other contractors we do not actively seek to benefit from errors or difficulties which are the responsibilities of others, but instead we endeavour to offer solutions to the problems.

Like many contractors we exercise a firm control over both suppliers and sub-contractors. Unlike many contractors, however, we enjoy an enviable relationship with our sub-contractors and suppliers by treating them fairly and helping them whenever possible, earning in a reciprocal improvement in service which benefits project benefits as a result.
