Over Thirty Years in Tyneside

Established in 1983, Tolent Construction started life in Tyneside, which remains our head office to this day. As-well-as being the home of the company's directors and shared services the office is also responsible for delivering all non-housing related projects north of Teesside.

Since incorporation this office has delivered some of the company's most prestigious projects including the construction of Sage Headquarters, Gosforth (£60m) and a number of high-profile new build schemed in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne.
