Project Details:

The refurbishment and extension of the old T.J.Hughes department store in Hull for a new flagship store for Sports Direct on Ferensway in Hull.

Another floor is being added to the existing three storey building and the existing envelope is to be upgraded.

The works are expected to take 24 week and when complete the new building will provide approx 80,000 Ft2 of retail space.
