Project Details
Civil Works for the new build TV1 Energy from Waste Plant.
Scope of work included piled foundations largest pour 1100m3, large reinforced concrete structures up to 15m high, large diameter GRE underground pipework and associated services, earthing, drainage, roadworks, etc.
Air Products overall plant build cost is estimated at $350m.
Other packages of work that Tolent completed on this site included initial site set up, cabin facilities, power supply, plant buildings and final surface finishes.
Following the successful completion of the civil work package on the TV1 Energy from Waste Project, Air Products negotiated the TV2 works with Tolent.
This TV2 work scope included 800 no CFA piles (20-25m long), large reinforced concrete bases (up to 1000m3 pours), numerous smaller bases and pile caps, large reinforced concrete structures (up to 15m high), large diameter underground GRE pipework, fire mains, traditional drainage, underground electrical services, tarmac roads and associated gravel landscaping.
