Apex Hotel, Bath

Project Details:

New build city centre 4* hotel, comprising 177 bedrooms, conference facilities, bar, restaurant and leisure complex including swimming pool.

This will be the chain’s tenth hotel and only its second new build, known for converting old office blocks in places like Edinburgh and London.

Demolition of Kingsmead House, reputedly Bath’s ugliest building, will clear the way for Tolent to start construction with the hotel due to open in May or June 2017.
