Project Details

Construction of a new build two storey medical centre on the site of an old public house.

Works consisted of demolition of the existing public house, deep foundations to overcome some difficult ground conditions, two storey steel framed structure with external envelope of cladding and brickwork.

Associated with the new medical centre was a substantial amount of car parking.
