Project Details

A 121,000 sq ft distribution warehouse with 12,000 sq ft of fully-fitted out two story offices built adjacent to the Doncaster to London mainline railtrack.

The building was constructed on vibro plated foundation and included car parking and a service yard.

Extensive earthworks were involved to protect the acquifer.
