Project Details

Construction of a new student accommodation building including the removal of existing soft landscaping and various trees, construction of 150 student rooms with associated facilities and construction of external landscape to include soft planting and car parking and included the provision of a communal kitchen/dining area to serve clusters of 9 rooms. All rooms included an en suite shower room, including a shower, WC and a bathroom sink.

Additionally, the provision of 4 no. single persons disabled rooms at ground floor to meet the requirements of Part M of the Building Regulations.
