Halbeath Retail Park
Project Details
The project was split into two separate sections:
Section 1 - Works to the original Phase 1 Retail Park development comprising over cladding of existing façades, replacement of entrance features and other building alterations, and existing car parking amendments and re-modelling.
Section 2 - Works to the later Phase 2 Retail Park development comprising the refurbishment / subdivision of existing retail units and the construction of a new build retail unit incorporating demolition of existing garden centre, hard and soft landscaping amendments including re-modelling of the existing car park.
Works were phased to minimise disruption to the Retail Park businesses and users:
