Echo Building, Sunderland

Project Details

This project consisted of the demolition of the original ‘Sunderland Echo’ building on a restricted site in the heart of Sunderland city centre on the banks of the River Wear and the construction of a 15 storey development consisting of 179 luxury apartments over 11 floors. The work also included two A3 units at ground floor level of approximately 5,000 sq ft each and a three-storey semi underground car park constructed below into the banks of the Wear providing parking for 160 cars.
