Project Details
The scheme features a 22-storey reinforced concrete tower with a basement on the corner of Jarrom Street and Eastern Boulevard, which is on the bank of the river Soar. There is also an attached four floor wing running along Eastern Boulevard and a further four storey wing located on the back of the development.
Differentiating the lower rise extensions will be coloured panels whilst the four floor wing is distinctive thanks to its roof line that ripples gently along its length.
369 individual suites were incorporated with kitchen and bathroom pods and107 suites in the lower block and 252 in the tower.
