Willow Vale is a strategic new supported housing development in Bedlington, Northumberland.
The new 39 two bedroom apartments contains: communal facilities, residents’ lounge and kitchen, hairdressers, IT suite, treatment/hobby room, assisted bathing area, guest room, car parking spaces, external works and hard and soft landscaping.
The existing, obsolete sheltered scheme was demolished following a comprehensive decanting exercise of the buildings existing residents.
