The development is a two and three storey building providing an 88-bed residential care home on the site of a former public house.

The accommodation is arranged in two wings with the main entrance, foyers and amenity spaces in the centre. One wing has three full storeys of accommodation and the other two full storeys of accommodation with laundry, staff and storage facilities housed within the roof space. The development has been built to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ status.
