Project Details
This exciting project, built on the former bus depot at St. John’s Square, Seaham, consisted of the construction of a 4 storey Multi User Centre to serve the diverse needs of the surrounding populous.
It includes:
An expansive library facility;
Contemporary office spaces fitted out to meet the specific needs of a diverse range of clients; and
A café.
The project met the aspirations of the client in providing a multi-functional user centre that will serve the diverse needs of the local community. All these facets are joined together by an innovative spectacular central glazed atrium circulation space, providing stunning unspoiled views of St Johns Church, which nestles in the heart of this vibrant community.
