Project Details
The scheme consists of 144nr units and was partially delivered under the HCA’s kick start initiative.
The scheme delivered a mixture of types and tenures including 16 social rents, 28 for sale and 10 properties for intermediate rent.
The scheme was a joint venture with ourselves, Sunderland City Council and the HCA working closely together to maximise regeneration benefit and the acquisition of an existing allotment site was required to enable the development.
The project illustrated our ability to form successful multi partner joint ventures to deliver ambitious programmes of works.
