Single steel curricular columns with insitu
concrete floor decks to tie structure together. General finish glazed external facades
with opening windows to allow flow of air due to no comfort cooling, brie solaire plus
walk way around perimeter for maintenance, basic cellular and open office floors including
meeting and presentation rooms. Project received award from the RIBA for Design and
Quality in 1998.

comfort cooling and fully serviced mechanical and electrical installation fitting the

office. Total strip out, including removing existing roof and lifting storey height 0.6m,
complete re-fit internally including new reception, raised access floors, new ceilings,
joinery, high quality decoration, lift installation and toilets to each floor. Complete
refurbishment of external Portland Stone and brickwork facades and replacement of all
windows. The mechanical and electrical system comprised principally VRV Fan Coil System,
all associated electrical works lighting etc., Environmental Management Systems
