Tolent History

Tolent Construction Ltd was formed in Tyneside in 1983, and fast growth during the 1980's built on repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers led to the establishment of other offices in Teesside, Wakefield, London and Manchester.

The type of work undertaken includes all forms of building and civil engineering construction, but recent recent years have seen a large expansion into Design and Build projects, Development projects and Finance led projects.

The value of individual projects ranges from modest sums to over £50m.
