19/04/04 - One Handed Over, Another Started!
Sage Plc took possession of their new �60 million headquarters north of Newcastle after Tolent successfully completed the 21-month contract. Work involved constructing 375,000 ft2 of new office space split between six, 3-4 storey blocks linked by a glazed atrium. Sage will move 1000 employees to their new building from four existing sites.
Simultaneously, we have commenced work at the 1960�s rock venue, The Roundhouse, in North London. The �17 million contract involves the renovation of the Grade II listed building originally used for repairing steam engines. Work is due for completion in the summer of 2005.
