A �2.7m order received this week for workshops/offices at Ashington means we have had �20 million worth of new orders in the last 6 weeks.
The largest (�8m) from UK Land is for an Industrial Park at Team Valley, Gateshead.
Other work includes a �2m new build commercial scheme in Farringdon Road, London, a �827k fit out contract in Sunderland and Plant Foundations on Teesside worth �370k.
In Leeds we will be carrying out a �1.6m shop fit out contract for Sports Soccer and building a new 10,000ft� office at Temple Point.
Residential schemes awarded include conversion of existing buildings in Sunderland (�3.7m) and Market Harborough (�1m).
