At Tolent, we are receptive to approaches from our clients or partners who may have projects that require some or all of these activities. We take a flexible approach in assessing each project individually, and the extent of our involvement can vary considerably from one scheme to another.
For some projects, our involvement may be only to provide interim funding, yet on others we may take on the full developer role.
We have the capabilities, experience, and financial strength to undertake developments from inception to completion entirely in house, but we welcome the opportunity to work in partnership with other developers and funders.
Within the group we have a property holding company, Ravensworth Properties Ltd. This company was established to hold completed developments that the Directors consider to be good investment opportunities.
